Abstract

|
The retnal vessels have been visualized in the past by various methods. All methods have their advantages and limitations. The method of preparation in which the nonvascular components of ,retina are digested prior to staining (H & E and PAS) was utilized in this studies.
The specimens of rabbit and mouse were prepared by this method, and this method was discussed and summalized in this chapter.
